Believe it or not, Smoke and Carbon Monoxide installation is the busiest. Realtors and Landlords keep me pretty busy.  Installing and getting inspected properties that are due to close. Landlords that have failed section 8 inspections or are transferring properties. They keep me going.  

Many homeowners and businesses have alarm systems. Problem is, when they go off there is no one to meet the police or fire departments or other agencies. For a low cost option, we will respond and meet the police and fire and make sure everything inside your house is safe. No water breaks, or electrical issues or basically no surprises. Police and Fire will NOT enter unless there is an obvious emergency.

Although new to the House Watch community, I have over 20 yrs as a police officer, 11 yrs as a fire chief and I am currently doing housing safety inspections for a local housing company. I am currently retired from my full time Job.  I also have experience in the security field for a large paper making company and a  local farm.  Licensed LP1488A and Bonded

Currently we are getting the business started. We are starting out with House Checks for families going on vacation or seasonal residents. These will be internal or external depending on the wants of the customer. We offer Emergency or Alarm response, Outside item pick up (Mail ,Packages, etc.), meeting contractors if work is planned and daily checks.  We also will assist in updating smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and schedule the local fire department inspection with regards to Massachusetts Fire Code, This is useful in the event you are trying to sell you residence.

My availability is all for seasons. I will have help during those times I go on vacation if necessary.   There is a limit on how many house watch jobs shall occur during a week.  Only so many hours in a day.

In some cases we will offer driving to and from pick-up spots, ie: airports, train stations and bus depots, for an additional fee. 

 Housewatch is normally $35./ visit, since most people only want one check a week.  Depends on what services and how often you need them. Customizing is easy. A majority of customers want just Alarm/Emergency response and one or two walkthroughs or exterior checks a week. We can tailor to your needs. Out smoke detector installation prices are listed.

If the market seems to prefer snow plowing we will adjust and offer the option.

There are a plentiful amount of eager snowplow drivers available for hire.

Depending on the package picked or if you customize, walkway and porches will be shoveled.
