We will ensure your alarms are updated to comply with current building codes. When selling your house, a Fire Department inspection is required to check the presence, placement, and functionality of your smoke detectors. We can handle the replacement, updates, and coordinate with the Fire Inspector, relieving you of this responsibility. Please note that the costs of detectors and the inspection fee will be added to the update expenses. . This service is offered to all as a stand alone service
