For example, if you are gone for a month, you may wish to have the inexpensive Level I Outside Security Check done the first and third weeks of the month, and the second and fourth weeks of the month you may want the Level III Security/Operations Check & Plant Service.

Monthly Price - residential
$75/Month
Limit 5 alarms per week. $15. added for each additional alarm responses per week. PROTECTIONS FOR LESS THAT $7.00 per week.
Quarterly Price - Commericial
$275/Quarter
Limit 5 alarm responses per week. $10 charge will be added for each additional responses per week.

1. Includes the Basic Package above
2. Additional Exterior check if requested
3. Plant watering
4. Meeting service person ie: contractor or the like (Keyholder service)
5. Package and Mail retrieval. Dropped at a location of your liking
6. Vehicle starting.
Additional requests would be at an additional charge. Examples: Transportation to and from airport, train station, etc. / Shipping forgotten items, you get the idea. Just ask. *** Any stay over 1 hour with contractors is an additional fee.
